**Lecture Overview** Towards decarbonization by 2050, this year marks the issuance of various government policies, including the 7th Basic Energy Plan, and discussions on institutional design based on a series of evaluations of electricity system reforms have begun, indicating that the environment surrounding the electric utility industry is undergoing a transformation into a new era. In this context, the electric safety industry, which has supported user safety for nearly 60 years, currently faces its biggest challenge: a shortage of personnel. In response, cross-industry efforts have been made to raise awareness and promote entry into the field.
