The "SMS-2100" is a semi-automatic/raw material roll cutting slitter where the cutting blade does not rotate but instead rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the raw material, preventing the cutting surface from sticking due to heat. There is no need to pass a shaft through the raw material; it simply rests on the machine's rollers.
