We offer products such as the "CNT Sheet," which achieves a permanent charge of 10^4 with a two-type, two-layer sheet vacuum-formed product, and the "High-Glide Sheet," which has good vacuum formability but experiences changes in sliding properties due to variations in thickness. We can also produce a three-type, three-layer sheet, and everything is completed within our group. Our company has two sites in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture: the Compound Division and the Thermoforming Division. We focus on vacuum forming of plastics and coloring/compounding as our two main business pillars. We develop products for a wide range of fields including medical, housing equipment, home appliances, vehicles, logistics, and amusement. For over 20 years, we have been actively utilizing various recycled materials and operate an integrated recycling system within our group, from material crushing to sheet production and vacuum forming. Prioritizing environmental care, we actively promote corporate activities focused on reducing plastic use by employing non-petrochemical bio-based materials and eggshells. We have obtained ISO 9001 certification.
