■1. Adoption of a green lamp that attracts insects The light that attracts insects is emitted in a 360° angle, effectively luring pests. Effective range estimate: 400 m² per unit (in environments with few streetlights or obstacles nearby) A light source that radiates peaks at wavelengths of 365 nm and around 550 nm is used, attracting a wide range of pests that respond to ultraviolet light and visible light. ■2. Long-lasting and economical lamp A long-lasting cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) that is resistant to power ON/OFF is adopted. Conventional hot cathode lamps are weak against power ON/OFF, and it is said that their lifespan decreases by about an hour with each flicker. This lamp has a lower replacement frequency compared to conventional lamps, making it economical. It will still light up after 10,000 hours, but the ultraviolet radiation gradually decreases even while lit, so it is recommended to replace it after about 10,000 hours (approximately 3 years with 9-10 hours of daily use).
