[Case Study] Octalux in Shopping Mall

Octalux has been introduced to the shopping mall.

We have introduced Octalux at two shopping malls in Aichi Prefecture. It is used permanently as entrance decoration for the game center NICOPA. At Aeon Town Chikusa, there is a glowing gate over 4 meters high and over 20 meters long, which is quite impressive, and changing the colors with a remote control can also alter the atmosphere of the store. At Okazaki LL Town, we installed a total of 24 light cubes ranging from 300mm to 600mm to decorate the facade. They are colorful and three-dimensional, making them stand out even from a distance. When you see this decoration, don’t you feel like you want to step inside at least once? Store decorations do not necessarily require a large investment. Business can operate with minimal decoration. However, “creating an attractive exterior and a comfortable interior” becomes the very reason for customers to visit that store. First-time customers decide to enter based on the exterior, while repeat customers feel “I want to come again” due to the atmosphere inside the store. In other words, decoration is a form of “silent customer service” that directly connects to sales and is one of the most effective means of attracting customers. Decoration is not just an ornament; it is an investment that enhances the value of the business.
