GT-20 Cooling Tower Overview The GT-20 is an induced draft counterflow modular cooling tower, with module dimensions that conform to the size of a 20-foot ISO container. When in use, the legs are extended to ensure air flow from the bottom. No scaffolding is required, making installation easy. Main Components Water tank, spray nozzles, PVC fill media, drift eliminator, top EC axial fan, Carel pCO5 controller. Performance Heat exchange capacity: 592 tons (2082 kW) Water flow rate: 1320 GPM (83 L/s) Inlet water temperature: 35°C Outlet water temperature: 29°C Wet bulb temperature: 26°C Operating Data Makeup water flow: approximately 15 GPM Number of nozzles: 32 Temperature range: 7 to 63°C Water flow rate range: 500 to 2000 GPM
