The PCM series is a multi-channel microcurrent measurement device that can simultaneously measure minute leakage currents and consumption currents across multiple channels. Since each channel operates independently, multi-channel simultaneous measurement can be performed without relay switching. This significantly shortens the measurement cycle in inspection and evaluation processes, contributing to improved throughput and reduced equipment costs. The measurement range is from 0.00nA to 999.99nA, with a resolution of 0.01nA, allowing for stable measurement of minute leakage currents and consumption currents. It also has a built-in DC voltage output function, enabling voltage application and current measurement to be completed with a single device. With a rich lineup ranging from 25 channels to a maximum of 300 channels, it can accommodate a wide range of applications from small-scale evaluations to mass production inspections. It comes standard with a dedicated automatic measurement application, allowing for immediate operation after installation. Furthermore, it can flexibly accommodate customizations based on the measurement targets and inspection contents.
