[Construction Case] Disassembly and Maintenance of Large Air Conditioning Units

We would like to introduce a case of disassembly and maintenance of a large air conditioning unit at a commercial facility. At this facility, issues included abnormal noise from bearings due to aging, deterioration of the motor over time, and a decrease in capacity due to clogging in the heat exchange section. Therefore, we implemented comprehensive management of disassembly maintenance and cleaning operations. By cleaning the heat exchange section and the filters, clogging was eliminated, and capacity improved.
