The new micro/macro Vickers hardness testing machine, the FALCON 800G2 series, is synonymous with the latest generation of cutting-edge laboratory equipment. With a new optical system equipped with a full-color camera, it perfectly merges hardness testing and metal microscopy, providing reproducible and reliable results regardless of the selected hardness scale. The FALCON 800G2 series features an 8-position turret (dual indenter positions, objective lens, positioning laser, advanced surface touch probe). The turret is protected by a high-sensitivity CDR system (Collision Detection & Retraction), preventing damage to both the turret and the specimen being measured. The iSMART quick-change adapter is equipped with an entirely new iSMART series wireless electric CNC X-Y stage with a positioning accuracy of 0.001 mm. The wide load range from 0.1 gf to 62.5 kgf supports the latest technological innovations, providing accurate measurement results. The IMPRESSIONS 4 software offers a superior user experience with features controlled by an advanced interface.
