We will continue to provide the know-how that we have offered with the MZ variable function. The communication function is compatible with EtherCAT, allowing for the acquisition of high-speed, large-capacity information using an FPGA-based controller. Additionally, it features a process monitoring function that contributes to enhancing the reproducibility of processing conditions. The connection connectors for fiber can be selected from options such as QD and QBH. Despite being a new product with these diverse features, it is competitively priced.
