The fire protection law does not classify it as a hazardous material, and it can be safely used as it is not classified as an organic solvent, significantly reducing management items and equipment costs on-site. It provides strong protection for the substrate with high-performance moisture resistance and acid resistance.
The fluorosurf FG-3650 series protective coating for electronic substrates exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. It is non-flammable and classified as a non-hazardous material under fire safety laws. This eliminates the need for certification at hazardous material handling locations, quantity management, and explosion-proof equipment management. It is also not classified as an organic solvent under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, so there is no need for organic health checks for workers or regular environmental measurements at the site. Current PFAS regulatory substances such as PFOS/PFOA are not used. *Currently, free samples are being offered. It minimizes weight increase due to the coating film, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. ■ It is resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in the event of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. ■ It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention. ■ It does not contain low molecular compounds like silicone, so it will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application. ■ It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. ■ The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low in toxicity. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire safety regulations. ■ It has low viscosity and is easy to handle.
