Fluorine conformal coating agent
A strong fluoropolymer coating prevents ignition of the substrate during lithium-ion electrolyte leakage. It also prevents migration of the electronic substrate.
- Strongly protects electronic components and circuit boards from humidity, condensation, rust, and oil with high water and oil repellency due to fluorine. - Prevents the sulfide formation of silver and copper with an excellent sulfur resistance fluorine coating. - Can be directly applied to LED mounting boards due to its transparent coating, maintaining brightness. - Adheres well to various substrates (glass epoxy, resist, copper foil, SUS, etc.). - Uses a special fluorine solvent, allowing for drying at room temperature without the need for forced drying. - Can be applied using dispensers, brushes, dipping, or spraying. - Not classified as hazardous materials under fire safety laws, ensuring high safety and eliminating the need for explosion-proof equipment or hazardous material storage.
