**Main Features of MIS-7300** The MIS-7300 is a SIP (System In Package) device that integrates a MEMS pressure sensor and an ASIC for signal processing into a single package. Operating Voltage: 2.0 to 3.6V Measurement Range: 300 to 1100 hPa Ultra-Low Power Consumption: Standby current less than 0.1μA High Accuracy: Factory-calibrated with temperature compensation and built-in 16-bit ADC Digital Output: Supports I2C and SPI interfaces **Operating Mechanism and Correction Processing** The MIS-7300 is individually calibrated at the factory, and 10 correction coefficients (C1 to C10) are stored in the internal OTP memory. Data Conversion: The 16-bit ADC converts analog pressure and temperature signals into digital data (D1, D2). Correction Calculation: Since the sensor's output is susceptible to temperature fluctuations, accurate pressure is calculated using coefficients (C1 to C10) read by an external microcontroller through software calculations.
