The key to making delicious grilled foods is to grill the ingredients for a short time. If the flame is too weak, it will take longer to cook, causing the surface of the food to turn golden brown while the inside gets heated, which can compromise the unique flavor of grilling. The MMK-F series uses direct flames at a maximum temperature of 1200°C to quickly grill the surface, preventing excess heat from entering the food and maximizing the umami of the ingredients.
