We respond to prototypes at the stage when development drawings are not finalized and can handle small to medium lot mass production at domestic factories (specialized equipment for high-voltage harnesses will be introduced in the summer of 2024). We are engaged in mass production (including prototypes) of various harnesses, ranging from orange high-voltage harnesses necessary for electrification in vehicles and agricultural machinery to signal systems. It is also possible to provide specified connectors (it will be necessary to provide end-user information to the connector manufacturer). *You may supply parts. We can accommodate mixed high-voltage harnesses where one side has connector A and the opposite side has connector B. In mass production, we have numerous achievements including harnesses for car air conditioning, fuel pump systems, main harnesses for snow removal machines and riding lawn mowers, as well as onboard chargers for EVs, lithium batteries for drive systems, and fuel cell commercial vehicles. We have extensive mass production experience ranging from crimping, soldering, and shielded cables to small lead wire processing and main harnesses with over 300 circuits. We own about 500 applicators, primarily for automotive use. We have experience with TE, Amphenol, HULANE, HIRCHMANN, and MERITOR.

Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926. Over the years, we evolved from supplying repair parts to directly providing mass-produced components to automobile manufacturers, in line with the pre-war and post-war trends of domestic automobile production. At the time of our establishment, the Toranomon area was referred to as Japan's Detroit, yet there were almost no domestic vehicles present, and we had been engaged in automotive-related business even before the domestic production of automobiles began.
