◎ A computer-controlled twin capillary rheometer with two measuring cylinders. ◎ No regular calibration work by the operator is required! ◎ Automatic calibration with a platinum sensor (high precision 0.01%, temperature stability 0.0003%/°C, long-term variation rate 0.001%/year). ◎ The barrel is divided into three zones, each independently controlled for temperature. Excellent temperature uniformity throughout the entire barrel! ◎ The temperature control sensor is installed very close to the center of the barrel using a newly developed knuckle heater. Sample temperature is accurately controlled. ◎ The variable range of piston speed is from 0.01 mm/min to 500 mm/min (with an option for a maximum speed of 1,000 mm/min). ◎ Using a 0.25 mm die, the shear rate can reach up to 9.6 × 10^5/s. ◎ An ultra-precision pressure sensor is used for measuring resin pressure, ensuring excellent measurement stability! ◎ The software includes a pressure balance point detection function, capturing high-accuracy pressure data in the minimum necessary time. ◎ The pressure sensor is inserted at the die entrance to directly measure resin pressure. The load applied to the piston is measured separately with a load cell. ◎ A forced exhaust system can also be installed in case toxic gases are generated during measurement.
