Automate the stacking process with robots while conducting weight inspections using scales!
We would like to introduce a case study of a proposal for solving the "palletizing of containers" at a food manufacturer. Before the proposal, two workers manually stacked various processed foods packaged in pouches and boxes onto two pallets. After the proposal, the palletizing operation for two pallets was automated with one robot. The workers only needed to operate the robot's start and stop functions, leading to a reduction in labor and a lighter workload.
