We will reduce the cost of pure water in the pre-treatment process for painting.
In the pre-treatment process of the painting industry, managing water quality is crucial as it affects the adhesion and finish of the paint. In particular, water contaminated with foreign substances or ionic components can lead to poor painting results, potentially resulting in decreased product quality and increased costs. Our cartridge pure water system replaces tap water with pure water of less than 1μS/cm, providing optimal water quality for pre-paint cleaning. This contributes to stabilizing painting quality, reducing defect rates, and lowering total costs. You may have concerns about switching from your existing pure water system. We also offer trial rentals of our pure water system, so please feel free to inquire. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Cleaning of metal parts before painting - Humidification water for painting booths - Water for paint dilution 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of painting defects - Optimization of paint usage - Reduction of running costs

Founded in 1963, we are engaged in the sale of water treatment equipment and the regeneration of ion exchange resins in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. The storage, filling, and inspection of regenerated ion exchange resins are all conducted in a clean room (temperature controlled, ozone sterilization twice a week). Our inspection equipment can measure resistivity, pure water sampling volume, and resin elution TOC. Naturally, we can issue regeneration performance certificates for the regenerated ion exchange resins immediately. Regardless of customer requests, all ion exchange resins undergo heated regeneration as a countermeasure against silica. We will continue to strive for service improvement and value enhancement to meet the various requests and specifications of our customers.
