TSJ-06 was designed exclusively for 100% dimensional inspection of stamped terminals. This system, where both laser sensors and a camera can be combined, performs highly accurate inspections easily. The through-beam laser sensor dedicated for this application by own design can measure gaps and deformations of box terminals, tip deformations of pin terminals, distance between pitches and other dimensions, by monitoring the laser beam trail.
