Precision metal tubes (pipes, shafts, pins, collars) and precision pipes require full dimensional inspection after processing. Manually inspecting each product one by one can lead to variability in inspection results and is time-consuming. This device automatically transfers the inspection targets to the inspection station simply by supplying them to the parts feeder. It conducts non-contact dimensional inspections of total length, outer diameter, and dimensions between specified points using the TM-065 transmission image dimension measurement device (manufactured by Keyence), determining good and defective products and sorting them into respective boxes. It enables high-speed inspections with a high precision of ±0.01mm, contributing to quality improvement and reduction of labor hours. ■ High repeatability ■ Fast cycle time ■ Capable of registering multiple models
