We would like to introduce a case where we performed molding processing for medical device products (valves for liquid transport pumps) using PEEK material. It was challenging to straighten the product, which is long and thin with varying wall thickness, but we achieved high-precision molds and molding conditions that minimized deformation. By proposing shape modifications that balance customer requirements and processability, we were able to achieve satisfactory quality even under difficult materials, shapes, and time constraints. We gained the trust of our customers by presenting our proposals clearly in the documentation.
