Animation can easily fail when the act of creating it becomes the main goal. Companies that achieve results first clarify "where, to whom, and for what purpose it will be used." For example, if there is a clear intention to reduce the number of training sessions, eliminate inconsistencies in how manuals are taught, or decrease the number of inquiries, it helps maintain focus during production. As a result, it is more likely to lead to a design that maximizes effectiveness. On the other hand, if you start with a vague sense of "it seems good," the purpose may waver along the way, and even if completed, it may not be utilized effectively. It is advisable to decide on at least three points before production: the audience, the place of use, and the behavior you want to change after viewing. It’s simple, but as long as these points are clear, you can leave the rest to the professionals and achieve solid results.
