Anodizing is important not only for improving corrosion resistance and wear resistance but also for enhancing cleanliness. Proper anodizing treatment helps suppress the generation of foreign substances inside the equipment and contributes to maintaining product quality. Our company has a 100% subsidiary, Tomisho Anodizing, located in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture, where we perform general anodizing and hard anodizing. In the past, we were led to manufacture wooden molds sized to fit the equipment owned by a castings manufacturer, which resulted in being charged high costs for the wooden molds. Additionally, we were informed after the mold production that tolerance adjustments were not possible, forcing us to change the design and causing inconvenience to our customers. For casting production, we consult with our partner mold manufacturers to produce "the optimal mold size for the product" and "casting manufacturers with the appropriate equipment."
