GF Corporation's "MMSD Micro Mist Spray Dryer MDL-050(C)M" is our original spray drying device capable of instantly generating large quantities of liquid as fine particles of less than 10 microns. # Main Features of MDL-050(C)M - Generation of single micron fine powder The device employs a "four-fluid nozzle" that can spray the smallest droplet diameter in the industry, producing sharp particles of single microns (up to 10um). It is ideal for drying lithium-ion battery materials, poorly soluble compounds, and heat-sensitive components. - Efficient sample work through continuous operation It supports continuous operation, allowing for efficient handling of everything from small tests to large sample work. - Easy operation and high hygiene Operation is intuitive via a touch panel, and the operating status can be easily checked at a glance. Additionally, it has excellent sanitary properties, and disassembly and assembly are easy, making cleaning simple. - Selectable recovery methods The sample recovery methods can be switched between "single-point collection with a bag filter" and "two-point collection with a cyclone and bag filter," allowing you to choose according to your application.
