1. Ideas and Development for New Products While responding to needs from various industries, we are challenging ourselves to create new products using the latest technologies based on existing technologies. In the past, we have developed unique hydroponic cultivation devices and edible oil preservation devices, demonstrating our creative thinking that transcends industry boundaries. We are also engaged in the development of new products through physical simulations of mechanical devices using 3D CAD. 2. Development Using Overseas 3D Printers Recently, we have introduced an American-made 3D printer. This device enables the incorporation and layering of carbon fiber, which is impossible with other 3D printers, allowing for the production of parts that are lightweight yet have high strength comparable to metal. Additionally, parts that would require numerous processes in traditional machining can be provided with short lead times and at low costs. This has the potential to change the concept of manufacturing in the future. 3. Advanced Technical Skills Example: "Small Diameter Hole Polishing Machine" (Certified as a Toyota Manufacturing Brand in FY 2016) Easy setup! Effortlessly polish the inner diameter of difficult-to-machine materials. This inner diameter polishing machine can be operated with simple numerical input, eliminating the need for complex program creation.
