PAL-Temp (Hexacore Inc.) is a wired temperature and humidity sensor compatible with Modbus RTU. It is suitable for operations where there are constraints on installation space and environmental conditions, such as around production lines or near equipment, allowing for "wiring to measure accurately." Temperature and humidity are factors that can easily lead to issues such as defects, condensation, and static electricity. By continuously monitoring the temperature and humidity around the process, it helps identify bottlenecks in process improvement and verify the effects of improvements. Due to its protocol that is easy to integrate into existing equipment, it is also characterized by its ease of incorporation into monitoring systems and PLCs. Furthermore, when combined with our Gateway BOX, it allows for the aggregation of multiple sensors to upload data to the cloud, enabling monitoring of conditions via the internet. *Note: The cloud monitoring feature is a function of the Gateway BOX.
