In the container industry, high sealing performance is required to maintain product quality. In particular, preventing leakage of contents and contamination by foreign substances is crucial for ensuring product safety and reliability. Molding defects are a significant factor that can compromise sealing performance. Therefore, to quantitatively evaluate the impact of the moisture content of TPU pellets on moldability, we measured the moisture content and viscosity of both un-dried and dried TPU pellets and compared the appearance of the extrudate (strand).
