The "M² Measurement Kit" is an automatic M² measurement kit that combines the beam profiler analysis software "LaseView" with an electric stage. By moving the electric stage equipped with a camera in the optical axis direction, it automatically acquires beam profiles at multiple positions and analyzes M² in real-time. The measurement operation is completed within the software, eliminating the need for complicated alignment, thereby reducing the dependency on measurement skills and significantly decreasing the labor involved in manual adjustments.
