Inorganic coating material (mortar) for drainage equipment
The biggest feature of Imelis SewperCoat is 100% "Alumina." Regular mortar is made of "cement + sand (such as quartz)," but SewperCoat has a different composition. Binding material (cement): It uses a high-performance "high alumina cement." Aggregate (the part equivalent to sand): It uses a special "fused alumina." In this way, since all components are unified with alkali-resistant and acid-resistant "alumina (aluminum oxide)" materials, even when immersed in sulfuric acid, it forms a protective layer on the surface, dramatically slowing down the progression of corrosion. Main benefits: Overwhelming durability: It is said to last several times to tens of times longer than ordinary cement-based repair materials. Quick construction: It can be directly sprayed or applied to wet concrete, shortening the construction period. Environmentally friendly: With a long service life, there is no need for repeated reconstruction, which helps reduce total costs (lifecycle costs).

Applications/Examples of results
SewperCoat has been adopted in harsh sewer environments around the world, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Oceania, since its launch in 1991. 1. North America: Virginia, USA (1991 - Present) Content: Repair of connection tanks at wastewater treatment plants (areas with extremely high hydrogen sulfide concentrations and severe corrosion). Result: Nearly 35 years after the initial installation, there is no structural deterioration observed, and it is still in active operation. This long-term durability has become a global benchmark proving the reliability of the product. 2. Europe: Paris, France (2016) Content: Rehabilitation of a large trunk sewer in the city of Paris (total area of approximately 23,000 square meters, length of about 4.2 kilometers). Result: By adopting a wet spray application method, large-scale repairs were completed in just four months. 3. Oceania: Sydney, Australia (2007) Content: Main trunk line of Sydney Water. Result: A rigorous five-year local durability test was conducted. Compared to other corrosion protection methods, it was highly evaluated for its chemical resistance and wear resistance, leading to its official adoption.
