The OLED module features an ultra-thin and lightweight design with a thickness of 2mm. Due to its self-emissive technology, it does not require a backlight or color filter, achieving a high contrast ratio of over 10,000:1, high brightness of 16lm/W, and full-color display without limitations on viewing angles. The TFT-LCD supports sizes ranging from 1.44 inches to 11.0 inches. In the assembly process, it can accommodate TAB (Tape Automated Bonding) using film carriers, COB (Chip On Board) with thermally conductive epoxy resin to secure chips, and advanced COG (Chip On Glass) using ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) and gold bumps to bond ICs. Additionally, it possesses manufacturing technologies such as SMT (Surface Mount Technology), DIP (Dual In-line Package), wire bonding, and OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) optical bonding.
