FloroSurf FG-5095W is an environmentally friendly water-soluble release agent with excellent release properties. Please try it when conventional release agents do not work.
FluoroSurf FG-5095W is a water-soluble fluorine-based release agent. It is ideal for VOC countermeasures and does not use any regulated PFAS substances such as PFOA, PFOS, or PFHxS. When applied with a brush or spray to molds for resin molding elastomers and dried at room temperature for about 10 minutes, the release component reacts and adheres to the mold surface, demonstrating excellent release properties. ◎ The durability of the release effect is outstanding, allowing for continuous release. ◎ The film is at the nanometer level, enabling accurate reproduction even for complex and precise surface shapes. It can also be used for nanoimprinting. ◎ There is minimal contamination of the mold, significantly reducing cleaning efforts. ◎ There is no transfer to the molded products, eliminating the need for a cleaning process. ◎ There is no clouding of the workpiece during transparent resin molding.
