PFAS regulatory substances are not used. 【Features】 ■ The fluoropolymer film reacts with the mold material and adheres strongly, allowing continuous release even when conventional release agents fail. ■ The film thickness is just a few nanometers, faithfully reproducing surface shapes at the nano and submicron level. ■ Application is completed in just 10 minutes at room temperature. No external processing like baked fluoropolymer is required. ■ There is no accumulation of dirt on the mold, and no transfer of release agent components to the workpiece, eliminating the need for cleaning processes. ■ No cloudiness occurs during transparent resin molding. ■ Non-flammable, thus not classified as hazardous materials under fire safety laws. Additionally, it has low odor.
