PFAS regulatory substances are not used. 【Features】 ■ The fluororesin film reacts with the mold material and adheres strongly, allowing continuous release even when conventional release agents fail. ■ The film thickness is only a few nanometers, faithfully reproducing surface shapes at the nano and sub-micron level. ■ Application is completed in just 10 minutes at room temperature. No external processing like baked fluororesin is required. ■ There is no accumulation of dirt on the mold, and no transfer of release agent components to the workpiece, eliminating the need for cleaning processes. ■ No cracking occurs during the release of carbon fiber sheets. ■ There is no cloudiness in the workpiece even with transparent resin molding. ■ It is non-flammable, thus not classified as hazardous under fire safety laws. Additionally, it has low odor. A water-based model is also available for VOC countermeasures. ■ No removal of the film is necessary during mold reworking. ■ It is effective in reducing melt fracture and sharkskin in extrusion molding.
