We would like to introduce our processing achievements in "vacuum chambers/tanks." Since high vacuum levels are required, we enhance strength by frequently using bending processes and reinforcements in the sheet metal parts. We also conduct vacuum inspections in-house. The finished machined product of the top plate and the main body are manufactured with full welding on both the inside and outside surfaces, and the dimensions of the top plate are maintained within a tolerance of grade 1 and flatness of 0.5 or less.
