We can accommodate various steel materials from small diameter to large diameter! We use appropriate forging machines for shaping.

We would like to introduce a case study of forged products for "spindles" that we have handled. We produce forged main spindle components for machine tools. Compared to machining from solid round materials, we can significantly reduce processing costs, and we can also accommodate outer diameter rough turning and through-hole drilling (BTA) processing. Our company designs and manufactures molds in-house, which are the core technology of die forging. We are able to create appropriate molds as needed by incorporating our past know-how and quality information.
