We would like to introduce a case study of "Reducing personnel and achieving high-quality multi-material molding through two-color molding" that our company conducted. In the resin insert molding process, it was a semi-automatic molding, requiring one operator to be dedicated to the molding machine, resulting in unstable product quality. By switching from semi-automatic molding with a single-color machine to two-color molding, we were able to achieve automatic molding, reducing the workload by approximately one operator.
