Our company is capable of hard chrome plating on hydraulic cylinder rods. We can handle processing for new products as well as a consistent process for refurbished items involving "stripping ⇒ correction ⇒ re-plating." (Please note that the correction process may sometimes require collaboration with partner companies depending on the condition.) If there are any scratches or other damages remaining on the base material after stripping, we can also perform corrections through machining or build-up welding, as well as dimensional adjustments using thick plating. We have multiple dedicated lines for rods that can accommodate short to long lengths, with processing capabilities of up to φ50×4500mm.
