【Lecture Overview】 The project "Green Energy Port Hibiki" (GEPH), aimed at establishing a "comprehensive base" for offshore wind power launched in 2011, has progressed through its first chapter (ACT1), which focused on basic environmental development and wind farm development. From 2023 to 2030, it is now unfolding its second chapter (ACT2) as a medium-term initiative aimed at creating a next-generation strategic base. In this context, the core businesses are focused on (1) the formation of "floating bases" and (2) the development of "manufacturing industry bases" (building a supply chain), while also organizing the ideal vision for the "base port" to ensure effective implementation of these initiatives. 【Lecture Items】 ■ Previous efforts of "Green Energy Port Hibiki" (GEPH) (ACT1) *2011-22 ■ Current and future developments of GEPH (ACT2) *up to 2030 ■ As a "comprehensive base" in East Asia ■ Related Q&A ■ Business card and information exchange meeting
