This is a device for conducting formation tests on winding elements for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. It performs a series of cycles until voltage is applied to the heated formation liquid. Temperature, time, and other parameters can be set arbitrarily via a touch panel. - It features a pre-heatable liquid tank and a circulation mechanism (overflow control method). The system is designed to replenish the heated liquid tank from the lower liquid tank with a heater and the upper liquid tank. The formation liquid supplied to the liquid tank maintains the liquid level through a circulation overflow control method. - The entire cycle of the formation process can be set via the touch panel. The liquid tank stage rises, and the formation begins. The formation time and other parameters can be set using a timer on the touch panel, allowing the device to operate in a complete cycle.
