[Case Study of Engraving Machine] Reliable VIN Engraving and Vehicle Identification Management in Post-Manufacturing Processes
TechnoMark CONNECT Series Easy120
Clear even after painting. The VIN and nameplate of the dump truck are engraved reliably and with high precision using an engraving machine.
In the post-manufacturing process of dump truck production and painting, reliable engraving of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and high visibility were required. In this case, the CONNECT series "Easy" was utilized to directly engrave the VIN onto the chassis. Thanks to wireless connectivity, it can be maneuvered without being constrained by cables, enabling smooth engraving operations even for large vehicles. Furthermore, a benchtop model was used to engrave vehicle model, manufacturing year, and dimension information onto the nameplate, which is then attached to the chassis on the left side of the VIN. This case demonstrates the integration of VIN engraving and nameplate management, enhancing vehicle traceability and quality assurance systems. <Implementation Effects> ■ Achieved reliable VIN engraving in the post-manufacturing process ■ Ensured smooth operability for large vehicles through wireless engraving ■ Improved maneuverability without cables, reducing the burden on the site For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
