The "TTMC" is a fully automated machining center that automates all processes before and after machining that require the judgment and adjustment of craftsmen. It interprets 3D CAD data and realizes process design and NC program generation. Based on the process design, the robot thinks and executes the setup of tools and materials. It is equipped with a vertical simultaneous 5-axis cutting unit, and the continuous operating time is 72 hours. It has a complete ecosystem for automatic ordering of tools and materials, error-proofing for material input, monitoring of tool conditions and wear prediction, and automatic generation of clamping commands.
