"Welding processing" shortens processing time by using robot welding for pre-processing welding and performing processing during the main assembly welding work. We are working on cost reduction for mass-produced items by hiring overseas trainees and improving work efficiency and back pain prevention using table lifts. Additionally, we have two in-house manufactured stud robots that can handle large items. In spot welding processing, we can accommodate sizes (1,590x1,960), five types of power sources, 30 types of stud sizes, and product heights from 0 to 150mm.
