[Case Study] Want to Protect Essential Vacuum Pumps from Tar in the Line

Here is a case study regarding a consultation we received about challenges in cleaning operations while proposing vacuum pumps in various manufacturing environments. The vacuum pump used by the customer was already equipped with a tar filter, but there was an issue where tar was bypassing the filter and entering the pump. We investigated the cause of why the tar could pass through the filter. We proposed a prototype that could meet the current conditions with slight customization of our existing product.
