A reliable C-scan display enables rapid detection, sizing, and classification of defects in welds.
Condenser tubes made from seam-welded thin pipes are generally cheaper than conventional condensers that use seamless pipes. However, there is a significant weakness in the welding along the axis of the pipe. Currently, thin seam-welded pipes made of SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel or titanium are commonly used in condensers.
