~ Four speakers (Forest Research and Management Organization, PEO Engineering Office, TOWING, Yanmar Energy System) will be presenting ~
★In this seminar, in the morning (Program I & II), we will discuss the international standardization trends of torrefied fuel, biochar, and biocarbon, as well as Japan's initiatives in response to these trends. We will also explore the market trends and case studies of biochar, which is rapidly expanding as a core technology in the "circular carbon economy" in Europe, and the transition to large-scale plants. In the afternoon (Program III & IV), we will cover the characteristics of high-performance biochar, its effects on agricultural land, examples of credit creation and utilization using the J-Credit system, manufacturing technology for rice husk biochar and its application, and initiatives for creating environmental value, all presented in detail by leading experts in the field. ★You can register for only the morning (Program I & II) or only the afternoon (Program III & IV) sessions. ★Please note that whether the lecturers will attend in person or online may change suddenly, so we kindly ask you to check our website for updates. *This seminar can be attended in person at the venue, via live streaming (Zoom), or through an archive (to be distributed later). ★The application form is located at the bottom of the related links. Company information
Since our establishment in 1982, with the support of innovative researchers, engineers, and consultants who resonate with our mission of providing "technical and management information to the industrial society," we have been dedicated to organizing management and technology seminars as well as publishing and selling technical materials. In recent years, the wave of technological innovation surrounding the industrial society has become more intense and faster. In such circumstances, we have focused our corporate activities on a "flexible" response to the information needs of the industrial society. At the corporate level, the number of companies participating in "REIT," which aims to meet 100% of their business power needs with renewable energy, is increasing rapidly. There is also a growing interest in the 17 goals of the "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" related to global challenges concerning the economy, society, and the environment, and ESG investment is gaining attention. Given this situation, we are convinced that technologies centered around energy and the environment, such as those addressing global warming, will become key technologies for the future world. We will continue to focus on information related to "energy" and "environment," and we are committed to providing truly useful information for society and our descendants.
