This photodetector module achieves a high-level frequency response characteristic of 145GHz, which is among the best in the world, and maintains linearity up to an optical input power of +13dBm with very excellent high output characteristics. When short pulse inputs are applied, it is possible to obtain an output voltage amplitude of over 0.5Vpp without degradation of the pulse response.
