The XC9711 series is a bootstrap synchronous rectification buck converter that supports a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to a maximum of 60V and incorporates Nch-Nch driver FETs. Key benefits: - Flexible mode selection: The MODE terminal allows for the choice between "PWM control," which prioritizes noise reduction, and "PWM/PFM automatic switching control," which offers high efficiency across the entire load range. - Design freedom for systems: Supports output voltage setting via external resistors and external adjustment of soft start time. Complex power sequences can be easily configured. - Capability to withstand harsh environments: Operates reliably in extreme conditions with a maximum ambient temperature of 125°C (Tjmax=150°C), making it suitable for industrial equipment and battery systems. - Comprehensive protection features: Equipped with multiple protection functions, including current limiting (with a characteristic curve), output overvoltage protection, Lx short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. - Long-term reliability: This product is part of the "Torex Long-Term Supply Program," making it ideal for devices that require long-term operation, such as industrial equipment.
