The "RCEM440" is a 4-flute, 40-degree spiral roughing end mill. By adopting an uneven division and a 40-degree spiral, it achieves a quiet cutting sound. With high-quality ultra-fine particle carbide and a high heat-resistant ALCrN coating, it can handle a wide range of materials from general steel to difficult-to-cut materials. Additionally, the moderately rounded corner C face helps prevent chipping.
