"SoniXs" is a band welding technology equipped with Mosca's proprietary ultrasonic sealing head. It transmits low-amplitude, high-frequency vibrations to both ends of the plastic band, and the sonotrode, which is the core of the high-speed sealing unit, joins the ends of the band. This achieves excellent seal consistency and safely protects the package. Since it does not use high-temperature components, there is no risk of burns or other injuries, and there is also no risk of fire for highly flammable products.
