A development case of a device that collaborates with image analysis PCs to control irrigation by opening and closing electromagnetic valves!
We would like to introduce a case where we developed an irrigation control device. This device controls irrigation by opening and closing an electromagnetic valve in conjunction with an image analysis PC. At the end of the control process, it outputs LOG information as a CSV file to an SD card. As a notable technology, we calculated the flow rate using a pulse function instead of the analog function of the flow meter. 【Used Technologies】 ■ Tools: KEYENCE KV STUDIO (Ver.11J), KEYENCE VT STUDIO (Ver.8J) ■ Notable Components ・CPU: KV-NC32T (KV nano) ・Touch Panel: VT3-W4T ・Flow Meter: PF3W704S-03-C-MR *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The digital technology that was the foundation of our establishment has evolved to the point where tiny chips now control various functions. It seems that by combining existing units and implementing necessary functions through software, we have become capable of addressing most on-site needs. However, it is precisely in such an era that hardware, software, and engineers who understand the field have become increasingly valuable. We aspire to have engineers who can engage in deeper communication by providing accurate advice based on actual experience after thoroughly hearing our customers' needs. Furthermore, we believe that our ability to respond promptly to customer needs through "single-item production" and "small-lot production" is a value that will never disappear, regardless of changes in the times.
